It’s been four weeks and Dr. Yates still hasn’t filled out a form for our family. Negligent doesn’t even begin to describe it. Seems like Dr. Yates doesn’t care about her patients at all. Beware. Review addendum: so UCLA medical can respond to a Google review within a day but to get any actual care or a simple form filled out is impossible. Absolutely disgusting!!
