This place is awful. The service is super slow, the prices keep going up, they find "issues" that need repaired just about every season, and this is after they sold me a replacement awning just a few years ago telling me how their quality, workmanship and materials are much better than they used to be. Also, when you try to call and discuss issues with someone, the "Manager" is never available and they never call you back when you leave messages. I'm going elsewhere from now on.
Do not do business with this company they don’t stand behind their product my awning blew apart after four years and they told me that it was four years old they did not help me in anyway just wanted to replace it and I said to him so I should replace my awning every four years just a very bad company would never recommend them
Horrible company, terrible employees who have no idea what they are doing, overpriced, ripped my awning trying to put it up. Need to be put out of business.
My experience was horrible and cost my elderly parents a lot of money. Laurel installed down aluminum awning over my parents porch. It looked nice for a little over a year and then came apart and collapsed. There wasn't any bad weather so we couldn't file a claim. Laurel came to review the damage and repaired it with out discussion and then sent us an invoice for over & 500 with out saying anything at the time it was repaired.
