My husband and I were patients of Laura McCleskey when she lost her licensing. We were very upset to lose her as a doctor because she was so kind and caring. We believed she had the best intentions for our health but in reality she did not. My PCP retired & I had to find a new doctor after 14 years with the same provider. I was skeptical about seeing CNP instead of an MD. That's went away after the first visit. I've been going to this office since they opened and the care is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff is professional, polite and knowledgeable. My husband and I first became patients of Laura when she was affiliated with Optium. So when she left Optium we had to follow. Even if she was not with our health plan which is actually Presbyterian. Laura gives you that personal care that we all strive to find in a Dr. . She takes time with you, goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Had a great experience. She actually listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan to help you. I've never had a provider actually take my concerns serious, until now. 10/10 recommend.
I had health check up at Laura's Primary and Rapid Care Clinic. I was able to schedule an appointment rapidly.Laura spent 45 minutes getting my health history, performing an exam and ordering labs. She was warm,friendly and completely competent She ordered only the labs we agreed were important for me. Imagine only paying for the labs you actually need instead of a a broad panel of unneeded test.When have you had a MD spend 45 minutes with you?
