Sold my house through her. We attended numerous open houses locally and always liked her approach. She advised us on things to do two years before we listed. When it was time to list things went smooth. All her suggested contractors were great. Priced our house higher than I thought we would and went under contract two weeks later. Good experience

Laura goes above and beyond as a relator. She sold my mother-in-law's house very quickly and was really on top of things. She replies to phone calls and texts quickly; a gem of a realtor for sure! Additionally, she has an amazing network and has helped us with referrals from painters, to HVAC workers, to handymen! She is professional, caring, and truly the best at what she does. Extremely unethical. I will be sending a complaint to the ethics board. Do not trust a verbal “yes” from WOOSHER. We submitted a strong offer on her listing — 35K over asking — and she personally accepted it over the phone and told us escrow instructions for our deposit were being sent. We moved forward in good faith. The very next day, instead of those instructions, we got a text saying she’d gone with another offer. No call. No explanation. No accountability.
