Laura was very nice and got the job done. However, we feel like she didn’t go the extra mile. We were first-time homebuyers, and we had already picked a list of houses we wanted to tour. We asked Laura the day of, and she made it happen, which was amazing. However, after that, it was us who came up with the offer with no help from Laura, and then last minute we were told that this would be the final offer and we wouldn’t be able to change anything.
