After 1.5 years of taking my children there I will no longer recommend North Country to parents. I will do what’s best for my family, and now that means finding the whole family new doctors.
Once again there was no follow up on referrals to other specialist. You also need to make one appt for each problem or illness you need to be seen for and sometimes have to wait 3 months because of the long waits between scheduled appts. My out of pocket has been paif for the year and now I may not be able to get the surgery I need before new year begins. Requested back and July and authorization was not submitted until 10/22 after 4 phone calls and in person requests from me to please submit to insurance!
The book so far out as a new patient. Really 2 months out??😵
I was nervous about finding a pediatrician when we moved back to town, especially after having Dr. Weiss when we moved. But so far so good! We’ve had Dr. Savage and Dr. Neil and both have been great with the kids and helpful.
