I had been going to this dental office for years. For a number of years I only needed to be worked on by the hygienists and always had very good experiences with them. A few years ago I needed dental work that required the dentist. The experience with Dr. L. Russell was awful. Her injection for numbing was not effective enough, but when I told her I was feeling discomfort during her drilling, she got short with me, gave me a couple more injections of numbing solution, and told me the issue was probably age related.
