I ignored the low ratings and it back fired. Laura was 25 minutes late to my appointment and later rescheduled another intake appointment 3 weeks later because we didn’t finish in time. She was late but sure in a hurry to get out on time. There was many yes or no questions and when I answered with a sentence or two she became annoyed and asked to me shorted my answers. Laura has a horrible memory, doesn't keep good records and lies. Laura doesn't do counseling. At least she told me she doesn't. Just another one of her lies. Do not trust her. Find someone else.

Waste of time and money! Not caring. I gave her all my information my first visit and the second visit she remembered nothing and had not reviewed any of my chart from 3 weeks prior. She had my personal facts wrong and questioned the same information over. I'd never recommend anyone to her. I cant believe how horrible my 2 visits were. I thought seeing a Mental Health professional would be beneficial this has set me back months. Unbelievable
