Receptionist was rude from the time I checked in til I left. I waited til an hour after my appointment time was I should be next when everyone that came in after me had been called back. I got called back just so they could tell me Olivia Britain was too busy and couldn't see me for my appointment. Very unprofessional they could have came out to lobby and said something instead of me waiting . I feel like I was singled out for some reason. Will not waste my time at that clinic.
