After waiting over a month for a new patient appointment, the office called to cancel 2 business days before. They wanted to reschedule another month away.... No thank you.
Not being one that goes to the Dr. but once a year, I had a medical issue come up and she was the only Neuro physician I could get into within a week. As some of the other reviews stated she was very disengaged. It was like I was the Dr. and she was patient. I kept asking questions and couldn't get much out of her other than she seemed like she was in a hurry. Terrific!!! Took time to explain that changes in my husbands symptoms and professionally answered mine as his care taker!!!! Couldn’t be more pleased!!!
She was awful. From the moment she stepped into the room she acted as if we were wasting her time. in the very short 10-minute "exam," she proceeded to tell me that my diagnosis of MS was incorrect, without even viewing my previous records from my neurologist in New York who diagnosed me with MS based on the required criteria. She did not validate any of my symptoms, and though she stated that she was not there to assist me in getting a proper diagnosis, she proceeded to tell me that I probably had a rare but debilitating ch... read more
Dr. Mason was very attentive. She listened to my history , asked questions and answered my questions. She was unhurried and her calm demeanor made me very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Mason.
I have no words to describe how lucky I feel to have Dr. Mason as my neuro. I was diagnosed with MS app.12 years ago and for many years made no advances in my treatment. Eventually I left my Mission Health neuro and searched for something better. Dr. Mason was a God sent. She is truly caring and kind in every way. She takes the time to listen and really does care what you have to say. Her assistant Orlando is beyond exceptional . She is far and away superior in every aspect of her job.
Very disappointed in the treatment we received. We made an appointment to discuss my headaches and loss of balance issues with Dr. Mason. She was very rushed and barely took the time to find out why we were there. The entire visit lasted less than 5 minutes. She seemed annoyed when I told her I had a headache and if she could talk slower. She was dismissive and interrupted us as we tried to ask additional questions. We left very disappointed and felt we had wasted our time.
DR MASON IS AMAZING, she truly does care about her patients. She listens to what they are saying. I have already recommended her to some of my family.
I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Mason she found a diagnosis that 5 other doctors couldn't. I will forever be greatful for her help.
