She did a number of test in the office, was clear, concise, and right to the point. Told me what the condition was NOT and them what it was. Put my mind at ease.
Business response:
We love that you shared this with us, Frank. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words! Stay well.
I had vertigo and migraines for four weeks 24 hours a day and she managed to make bring life back to normal
Business response:
We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with us, Laurie. We wish you all the best and a lifetime of whole health!
Don’t recommend! Won’t spend even enough time with you to get speak, no real exam for a diagnosis, non empathetic , and frankly rude. My first consultation was a joke. Not going back and seeking more professional neurologist.
One of the best. She’s been my Dr. since 2017. Can’t say enough good about this Dr..
Went to Dr, Mason ONCE. She was expecting, and I certainly feel that was what was on her mind. She did not take any notes at all (I am a chronic Migraine sufferer). She kicked off her shoes during the consultation and played with her feet. Not compassionate, not interested, defensive. Certainly a zero in my estimation.
A very short time was spent for a first visit. The doctor was quick to prescribe medicine without seeing how it would interact with my other medications (I had a bad experience with it). She was obviously knowledgeable but cool and distant, unlike my previous neurologists in other locations before I moved to Asheville.
First class, Dr Mason listened and explained my options, and answered thoroughly all of my questions.
Dr mason has always listened and responded to my questions. She diagnosed my issue quickly and was spot on. I highly recommend her.
