Laura is top notch. She made the process of selling our home as low stress as she could, and gave great recommendations all along the way—from determining when to put our house on the market, to prepping for sale, all the way through offers and closing. We felt she gave good advice with our best interests in mind, and didn’t miss a beat in giving suggestions that she thought would be beneficial. So very glad we got to work with her.

WOULD YOU CONTINUE WITH THE SAME REAL ESTATE AGENT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN IF SHE WAS NOT INCREDIBLY GOOD??? When it comes to real estate needs, the only person who I would think of is LAURA FORMAN whom I have known 3 years ago. The first transaction she helped me sell one of my homes in Lake Villa. I was introduced to Laura to sell my Dad's condo in Gurnee. Her advise through and through yielded a great result. Within days of listing the property we already had multiple orders and we ended up selling the property within 1-2 weeks of the original listing. Laura is top notch!

I highly recommend Laura as not only a realtor who loves what she does but someone who truly cares about you and your family. Laura was wonderful in helping us sell our home and find a new house. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She knows the market well and knows the industry. If I ever had a question, she was ALWAYS available to answer me quickly and honestly. She was extremely amazing to work with.

Laura sold my house in one day! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job staging my townhouse and the photos were terrific! Laura responds to your texts, emails and phone calls within minutes. I highly recommend Laura!!

Laura IS GREAT!! I was looking for a home to rent in the Gurnee/Lake Villa area, and after dealing with 4 other realtors I found Laura and she tripped over herself to help me find the right place. If you don’t choose Laura you’re doing yourself a disservice. Thank you for everything Laura

I could not have had a better agent then ,Laura. Before she came recomended to me I met with another agent and the price point that first agent came up with was far below what Laura dertermined was the value of my home and what I eventually made on my home. Laura is every thing one could want in an agent; smart, calm, very responsive ( she generally returned my texts or calls with in minutes if not seconds) good natured,optimistic but very grounded in what is real.
