I feel I have been lied to a warranty on a Wedding band I bought my wife less than a year ago. He was to ***** the two together. He stated that would be no problem. He also stated he would do a very good cleaning at no charge. It came apart so I returned it and left it there when i came back to pick it up, it had not been repaired. **** purchased an insert for his engagement ring he purchased elsewhere.After one year the customer returned with the insert damaged. We repaired it at no charge to him. He than wanted his engagement ring ,purchased elsewhere, soldered to the wrap. We informed that we would gladly do it, but , there would be $100.00 charge. This is a very reasonable price for two solders and cleaning rhodium plating both rings.He is completely lying.
Purchased a 12mm 22-inch rope necklace on 6/27/203 with matching 8-inch matching bracelet that was purchase on 6/28/2023. Then on 7/22/2023 purchased a gold bulldog charm which is all 10kt gold. Took of the necklace for the female employee to put on the gold bulldog charm where she went to the back and put it on the table for the jeweler to complete the job while expressing this is a "big one" referring to my 12mm necklace. They were wonderful!!!So friendly and courteous. I not only had a repair done, so fast and such beautiful work, I found some beautiful earrings??They had a wonderful selection of merchandise and very reasonable prices and I was able to finance!!!

Great work!!! I took 2 necklaces and one bracelet to Laura's Jewelry to be repaired. Sam was very nice. Had them all fixed when he said they would be fixed and at a very reasonable price. They do look as good as new. I would highly recommend Laura's Jewelry for repairs. Thank you !!!
Sam (the owner) took extra time, spent extra energy, and veritably exhausted himself to see to it that our ring was resized the same day we needed it doneeven though every other jeweler in town told us it couldn't be so. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Laura's, and if you find yourself in need of friendly, capable, and affordable service, this is the place to go. Could not recommend highly enough.
