As a new patient, we were not rushed and everything was explained to us
Dr Helfner is very easy to talk to, and she does not rush your visit.
Dr Helfner was a very professional and explain me all about allergy specially those that affect me. Their assistants were very efficient too. I a few words they were very nice to me and explain me all the tests were to me. Thanks for having these kind of professionals and assistants.

Reviewed detail of last visit and recent blood work. Made suggestions towards improving the congestion and preventing further asthma complications. Nurse Brittany was very thorough and informative.
Dr. Helfner is everything you want in a doctor... a great listener, caring, explains things clearly, patient, understanding, took her time with me and not once made me feel rushed, and overall a nice person. She made excellent recommendations for my asthma medication plan and scheduled a follow up visit. You can tell she's a doctor who cares for her patients health long term.
