Dr. Helfner and her nurse were very kind. I was quickly yet thoroughly diagnosed. Everything from testing, diagnosing and my allergy condition discovery and treatment was explained so I could fully understand. Both the Dr. and nurse were patient and and easy to talk to. Great experience through a difficult situation.

She listens and came up with a plan for my allergy symptoms. After 6 weeks we decided to start allergy shots . She explained everything to me snd answered all my questions in layman language.
Dr Helfner is very easy to speak to. I felt like she was really listening to me and I did not feel rushed. Staff was very nice too.
Facility was clean and set up to follow Covid guidelines. Experience with everyone involved was great. Friendly staff and Dr. Helfner was really nice and easy to talk to. I’ve never been tested for allergies, but it was simple and went well.
The experience was amazing, they addressed all issues. Very thorough in explaining and answered all concerns.
Dr Helfner and the nurse that assisted me provided everything I look for in a doctors visit. Not only were they attentive and helpful, they answered any question I had. This will now be my permanent place of residency for any allergy related problems.
