Very pleasant
Dr. Helfner & her two nurses were awesome. Dr. H took time to get to dig into my very long medical history. She listened to my concerns and then when it was her turn to explain she did it so thoroughly. Everything was so clear and if it wasn’t she took the time to explain it all.
When the doctor found a small problem, she made an immediate appointment with another doctor in the practice saving me another trip to the facility.
Staff is a efficient . All procedures were explained . Dr was thorough and did not rush me, explained everything and put me very much at ease. Clean facility
