I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment. I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It's so refreshing to find someone like Dr. Laura Beard in the medical profession. Who actually takes the time to accurately diagnose a problem and sincerely cares to help strengthen the mind-mentally as well as spiritually. Her compassion, knowledge and experience has aided me in my understandings/challenges. So many professionals now a days like to feel that by providing a Rx---will help but in reality it only--makes things a little more less clear and a lot less more feeling. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
