I have been to Laundry and Tan locations all over Indianapolis metro and this one on Kentucky Ave is BY FAR the nicest, cleanest and best maintained location I have been to in the past 7 years living here. Sure, the building and equipment are nice and clean, the mens room was cleaner than my own and not a single burnt out light bulb in the place (lol) but the staff was a hoot. My experience was so bad they are so rude with the people , I was at the laundromat at 10:10 and they told me I couldn't do laundry. I didn't know you couldn't do it after 10:30, but they treated me badly. Then someone else arrived later, around 10:40, and they didn't say anything to that person.
I love this laundry and tan!! Its clean and the people are nice and do whatever they can (within reason) for the customers! Even the tanning beds are cleaner than even some of the other laundry and tan connections I've been to!!!
Wish I could give 0 stars for the very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I had. I went inside to use the restroom before bringing my laundry in. While I was in the bathroom, an employee banged on the door and yelled that I couldn’t be there unless I was doing laundry. When I came out, she was waiting and repeated the same thing. I explained that I was about to go get my laundry, but after being treated that way, I said I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Love this place!!! The staff does a wonderful job of keeping the place nice and clean. I can use my card …no need to drag change with me. I’ll travel the extra 4 miles to do my laundry here!🥰
