Great place to do your laundry Clean! The $1 washes on Wednesday is AWESOME!
Please anyone that goes to this business please do not do not use the old time steam heat press for your clothing i was there Wednesday the 22nd and wat attempting to use the press the worker came turned on etc I put my shirt on it started steaming I went to do the sleeve and the next thing I know before it hit the shirt it started pouring out boiling hot steaming water and spitting it soaked the shirt that was on the board soaked the sleeve of my sweater I had on burnt my hand mind u that water is around 250 degrees so its ... read more
Worst laundry mat. Managers outside smoking. Look like she is on drugs. Washers dirty had to clean out on my own. Bathroom I would not let a dog use. Manager with fake nails 10 inches long never even tried to clean up. But of course this is the service you get when in the west end!
Rude, called for to ask a question able laundry service, and they hung up in my face!!!!
My husband was working in Indy for over a month and used this facility for wash and fold services. He was very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the employees. They were very prompt in getting his clothes cleaned and ready for pick up. Highly Recommend this facility.
Dress Codes should be administered, i tanned yesterday around 6 pm and the woman that waited on me had on extremely short shorts, no uniform, and she was cussing very unprofessional, in front of the customers.. this makes 4 times now with the same girl. other then that i love this place but if this matter doesn't get resolved i will be forced to go else where.. thank you
the laundry area looks like Bubba shaved all his body hair and washed his greasy clothes. the restroom and tanning area I would classify as a health risk
