Dr. Lau has been my gastroenterologist for over 20 years and has diagnosed my issues perfectly. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and likeable. Her office staff is wonderful. I know I can count on you both!
Excellent care for both of us with Dr. Lau. Plenty of info. Procedures are easy and full explanations, compassion and care. Been with her for many years now and would not change. Have had frightening experiences with former gastroenterologists and she is "heaven" by comparison. J&G May 2025
I was a patient or Dr Lau. She was always impersonal and tended to minamalize any concerns or issues I brought up. I did not attend frequently as I don’t abuse the system and try to maintain my health naturally. The receptionist was always short and even less compassionate and understanding than the doctor was. As soon as they had the chance they dropped me as a patient before I had even been accepted by another GI specialist closer to me.
