I purchased a used bike from a private party, and it came with a transferable warranty from that owner. I ended up needing to use it almost immediately to have a transmission overhaul done on the bike. Karl in the service department is absolutely awesome and got the work approved and done a full week ahead of schedule! So very pleased with the staff at Latus and their professionalism.
