I have bought many Harley's since 2003. Always remember the sales people. The people in sales, service, clothing Alway called me by name. I now live in Roseburg and we still ride our 2017 heritage Softail. Been riding almost 60 years now. All or most of the people have gone now but they will always be remembered. Had my first harley in 1963. Bought my first big harley from Moe. I cried and riding Harley's ever since.
I recently had an accident on my sportster. I am currently wheel chair bound. I had a parts catalog on order from Latus. Jack in the parts department called me to let me know it was in. When I told him I couldn't get out of my house to come get it right now, he volunteered to bring it to my house, which he did. I call that service above and beyond! Thanks Jack!
The guys at Latus are great to deal with. This includes all aspects of the company.
