General Manager Ken Litner, sent a letter for for a “Dream Deal Sales Event” — Regarding emergency need to buy back my Honda CRV… Letter claimed “Prepared to offer $2,000 over Kelley Blue Book Value” without the need to buy a another vehicle, and purchase outright due to used car inventories at an all time low… I showed this letter in specific to salesperson, who said “Obviously, that’s just advertising”, in which he basically admitted and prepared me that they would not live up to their promise, lower my expectations, & he ... read more
