Woke pronoun girl was rude and did NOTHING for my child as he sat in his car seat the entire appointment . She never looked at my son, never touched him, kept leaving room without saying anything. Came back once and told me to surrender my baby and call my husband to pick him up. Chrystal Coleman said I need to check myself into a hospital. Then called the police on me who then showed up at my house. I then found out that she lied to the police to get them to come to my house. Worst customer service EVER! I literally waited 30 minutes before my son got seen. Front desk people are rude. I talked too three different people and got told 3 different Things. Pretty upsetting

From being a parent with multiple kids and when times are stressful. The receptionist are always calm and understanding.
You’ll waste more of your time sitting alone in an exam room or getting cancelled and rescheduled appointments than actually seeing a doctor. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else that can actually be prompt and on time with their service.
