The “big wigs” do not personally care about the residents and did not want to help at all during time in need with job loss due to COVID. They actually sent out an email telling residents to apply for a rental assistance program, thus causing many to get behind on rent while waiting approval, and then proceeded to change their mind and tell residents that they weren’t going to accept the program to help residents.
