Amazing! I can't say enough good things about Latitude & the team at the Redwood City office! Our experience: 1. They offered a free consult to explain their treatment philosophy & process so that we could deduce if this was the right treatment approach for us. 2. They ran two tests (skin & blood labs) to fully understand the scope of our child's allergies & the severity level they had. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Loved that the exam room was set up for my daughter to be comfortable and play while getting pricked for her skin test. Regina LVN was great and giving me the steps when she was performing the test. Dr Henderson was prompt and knowledgeable.
Everyone at Latitude is wonderful! But we’d love to recognize Aaron at the front desk. He is always so welcoming from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of our family and sharing the knowledge of food allergies. We are forever grateful.
