**Do Not Move Here** I moved into 2337 Apt A (1st floor) in August 2023. Within the first week, I experienced constant noise from the upstairs tenant. Every time they walked, the patio door would vibrate and rattle, creating nonstop noise both upstairs and downstairs. I've lived here for 7 years and absolutely love this place. You will not find more square footage in a two bedroom apartment at the current pricing anywhere in Orange County. I absolutely love my apartment and the location we live in. The new management company has done a complete 360 of this place. There is a review about children running around making noise, this is the best sound in the evenings and these kids are all inside at a decent hour.
