Z3 has been a great company to work with. They take excellent care of the properties they manage and go the extra mile to serve their customers, and tenants.
Based on my experience, communication during the leasing process lacked transparency. Several key terms changed over time compared to what was initially discussed, and some important cost items (such as NNN and TI structure) were not clearly explained in writing despite multiple follow-ups. As a business owner with couple locations around Austin, I can strongly say that Z-THREE REAL ESTATE is the best property management company in the market. Their professionalism and costumer services is outstanding. I wish they could service us as the property management company for my other locations.
I have leased commercial buildings all over the US over the last 40 plus years. We were leasing our vet clinic and preparing for an expansion to 240% of our size.
