This apartment complex should be a shame of themselves. There’s been a tree down on the grounds for I know two months now. You paying for amenities and you don’t even have all of those is 1 July in the pool has not been open none of these summer months or even last year. Just curious how people are paying for amenities when they don’t even have them all it takes too long for maintenance to come and fix something but they have all these rules. Since we’re under new management these apartments has gotten worse anybody is moving in the younger folks is smoking weed so badly in the complex the maintenance is terrible and don’t know what they’re doing I can’t remember the last time pest control came out my the hot water doesn’t last long enough in the shower they just patch stuff up also they changed the locks to the mailboxes and didn’t tell anybody they communicate money payments correctly
I just visited the property today, and it’s immaculate. It’s on the list of properties that I’m interested in, as I’m transitioning back to Birmingham.
Since I've resided here my car has gotten multiple scratches and dents. And now I a huge crack in my window shield and apparently the cameras don't work. So much for security.
Wouldn’t recommend a dog to live here. Roach infested and poor management
