The waiting room is horribly cramped, blaring television and overcrowded, this Dr. clearly overbooks in order to get as many people in and out the door as possible. Reception staff is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Visits once in the Drs. room (which is quite spacious and comfortable, a sharp contrast to the waiting room) are often very perfunctory and extremely brief, involving primarily the writing of prescriptions or promotion of the latest pharmaceutical.
