My roofing experience with Lathrop Contracting was excellent. Jeff Lathrop was extremely helpful to me with navigating through the insurance process from beginning to end. He went the extra mile to the point of nailing shingle samples to my roof to aid in selecting a color. His work crew was efficient, courteous, and did a great clean-up job after installation. Job was accomplished in good time considering the weather. Price was competitive and was easy to work with the insurance company. Hopefully I will not need another roof, however should another storm roll through I would not hesitate to call Jeff.
Jeff Lathrop of Lathrop Contracting refused to honor his five year warranty for a roof that was installed in 2019 and refused to do in interior inspection of a leak that was noticed four years after installation. The leak was found when the bathroom ceiling began to decay. We would have never suspected a leak on a new roof. When we found the leak, we sent a picture to Mr. Lathrop and he came out on Oct 23, 2023 and inspected the exterior of the roof and refused to look in the attic where the picture was taken.
