Great food and always great service! Highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich and any of the dessert crepes!
RecommendedThe best atmosphere in Wheeling! Later Alligator has been a vital part in Wheeling’s arts revival, continuing to support local singer-songwriters for many years. The creativity of their menu is awesome and the food is always delicious. They’ve worked extremely hard to make Later Alligator the success that it has become today and it shows!
We spent $80 for lunch. Small portions and expensive for the amount of food given. We went back to our hotel hungry.
Every time we eat at Later Alligator it is a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cozy, so many wonderful decorations showing the history of Wheeling, the food is AMAZING!!! Literally so much to choose from and very reasonably priced. Most importantly we always have the best server in all of Wheeling Cindy Yahn-lewis. She has a contagious smile and sweet spirit.
