I’ve been trying to reach John for days about my roof warranty - his old # is out of service and the new # provided said I had the wrong number.
He took our deposit, then ghosted us Edited Oct 15 2025 to add that he still never called or texted back - the only time I ever heard anything was the comment on this review, since it's public and made him look bad Update March 2026: still ghosted. Finally had a real roofer come over and do a maintenance inspection and he said these guys must’ve used cheap material; that it shouldn’t look like this after only 3.5 years. Beware of these guys
