DO NOT RENT FROM LAST MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE LITERALLY SCAM ARTISTS AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. They will literally keep all of your security deposit, despite any laws they have broken, just to scam you out of your money. Unless you have the time or energy to take them to small claims court, they will keep your whole deposit, in hopes that you don’t care enough to go to court. Would be 0 stars if possible. Terrible communication from Last Management and the office staff genuinely conveyed no real concern for tenants. The biggest issue I had was on getting my deposit refunded. They illegally withheld returning my deposit for almost half a year. I moved out the first week of July, didn't get a deposit return until December. My spouse and I lived in an apartment unit run by LAST Property management; LAST took over management a little over 18 months into living there, and since then, everything has taken a downturn. There were extended periods of time where our garage gate was broken, and open - this resulted in at least two cars being broken into. LAST turned off all the security cameras and did not notify the tenants (after we collectively asked them to show us the footage of the break-ins).
