As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Did this provider have bad breath? No I've never had any complaints Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
