Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. Whenever my kids get sick, I can get an appointment to see the doctor that day. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
