I’m very satisfied with the outcome of lasik. I’m only in day 1 and can see perfect! Glad I made this decision!
I can see the windows in buildings on the horizon! I can see things I never knew I couldn’t see before. Everything is crisp. Like all the windows got cleaned.
I went in for a consultation and the lady tried to get my prescription from the machine she was having a hard time and sliding my glasses over and over trying to get the prescription then she had to go ask for help. When I left I noticed my glasses were scratched so I called and they said I couldn’t talk to anyone it’s all done by email so I sent a email with a picture and they responded back with you can’t prove they were not scratched before you came in so we will offer you $50!
