This location continues to go down. The service is not good and they do not have the materials needed to provide the services requested. This is the second time I've requested eyebrow tint and have been told they don't have any tint. I will NOT be going back. This location needs to be closed
Great service
Ruined my eyebrows. One is so much thicker than the other. No apology given didn’t try to fix the issue and didn’t have tint available. I understand why it’s so empty everytime I come by. Don’t use this shop
Biggest mistake ever. Had my brows darken. It didn't last 5 mins. I will never return. If I didn't live so far away, I would have returned and demanded my money. DON'T DO IT LADIES, DON'T.
Went against my first mind and came here instead of going to Centerpoint like I usually do. The other employee was in a car accident earlier in the week so it was just one woman working alone on a Saturday. She did my lashes ok, but their prices seem to be different from CP location and I had to wait behind a 2 other ladies one of whom was getting her 😺 waxed. Not how I wanted to spend an hour of my Saturday for just some lashes. I'll stick with CP from now on...
