Laser Way in Oakland It’s such an an amazing place. They provide the best services and the best customer service Wendy really help me pick out the perfect product for areas of my skin that I was insecure about after she explained everything to me and such amazing details. I recommend this place
Highlight: For your treatment, Rachel is truly the best: thorough, detail-oriented, and very intentional with her work. Can I start off with I absolutely adore and have been getting services here for years with my family. Not only has my results. Been consistent in. Wonderful. I’m blown away with Crystals Expertise not only did she help me through my journey, but also with my families, I will follow her everywhere I go. Educated staff and nurses are so kind!
The staff was incredibly pleasant! I used to go to another location further away- this is close and everyone I encountered was lovelyt!
I showed up for my appointment 5 mins early. I waited 20 mins. Went to the front desk and they told me my appointment was not for another 5 mins. I showed her my email confirmation that said exactly the time I came for. She claims there is nothing she can do that they might be running behind. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It is absolutely ridiculous. If they are running late, let me know before my appointment instead of changing my appointment time and acting like I was mistaken. BE HONEST for god sake!
