Was referred to Dr. Molloy well over a month ago. I have lower back issues and have horrible pain that effects every thing I do. I was quick to get an appointment and Dr. Molloy said he needed updated MRI and X-rays. Was told I needed an authorization for the MRI from the imaging center down stairs from their office but got frustrated after a week and asked if Dr. Molloy’s office could send the orders to another imaging center where I could pay out of pocket. My mother went here to get surgery, in hopes it would help her walk better. First Dr. seemed great, but he left. Seen another Dr. but he did not have credentials to even do surgery here, I thought he was getting them. So we went back, it was a different DR., we were not informed of this. So this Dr. was going to do surgery, so we did all the pre surgery testing, which took along time I guess because of COVID. My 1st appt was fine. Dr. discussed my concerns and ordered scans. My 2nd appt was scheduled for today. I drove over an hour to get there to find out that they weren't in the office today and the next day they can schedule is 3 weeks from now. I dont do incompetence, so I will look for another doctor.

Knowledgeable, pleasant people. Gave me a good idea of what they can do for my problem and the nature of the procedure should I decide to have it done.
