I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get laser treatments and facials. I found Vivi at Laser skin and I couldn’t be more impressed! Not only is she incredibly affordable, but she’s also very attentive to my needs. I’ve been to other places before in La and none have provided the level of care and attention that I’ve received here. I was nothing but respectful and courteous to Viv, and only accessed the areas available to all clients. When I arrived, I found she had double booked my appointment and I was very patient with her while I waited for her to correct her mistake with the other client. When ready, I followed her to the dimly lit service room where she remained present for the entire service. I had no complaints at the end of my service, even left a 5 star review, and planned to rebook in a month as she advised. I was shocked to find out she had... read more
