DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON OR ANY PACKAGE DEAL This doctor has rarely been available for over a year now and when she has the experience has been generally disappointing. Groupon refused to give me a refund since I went to at least 1 of the 6 sessions I bought with their deal. I asked Laser Oasis for a refund, but this practitioner is a medical doctor (likely retired) and the idea of giving the customer's money back for poor or slow service doesn't compute with her. Be wary of the Groupon deal! It is incredibly misleading. If you purchase a medium, large, or extra large area to be treated, they won’t include the surrounding areas. For example, a full Brazilian won’t include the bikini line. Only the “triangle portion” in the upper area will be treated. For the record, this was not the area I was planning to have treated, but the receptionist explained to me how this policy applies to many different treatment areas. I cannot say anything good about this place!! Horrible! HORRIBLE. The receptionist is nice and that’s about it. After buying the Groupon I was told this won’t cover anything and I spent another $300+. I had 1 horrible small short treatment that was pointless. I developed a small rash that turned bad and I saw a dermatologist she said it was a sun allergy and I needed to stop laser treatments immediately. She wrote me a note and everything, I gave it to the doctor she said “we will discus this and I will get back to you soon”... read more

Horrible service. Had to wait every appointment for over an hour. They canceled the appointments. Last 2 appointments they canceled and when I called to reschedule, I got a very rude receptionist telling me, my groupon expired. I was asked to buy more. I refused to till they complete the 2. I was told no. Will not recommend it.
