Good customer services setting up appt following up etc. i was cancelled twice and rescheduled due to doc going into surgery -not a big deal and received a credit for the inconvenience. I will follow up on the effectiveness of the treatment in a couple of months. Prescribed a bunch of topical I did not take. Go figure The only reason not 5 star was due to waiting 40+ mins to receive the actual treatment. Had me pay to receive treatment. Ok.

Everything sounds promising, but they do not disclose on the website nor in the email that is sent out with detailed instructions on pre and post procedure care (things that aren’t even necessary at the this point in time because you haven’t even seen a doctor) that they require a $60 deposit to schedule a “FREE” consultation.
