If I could give this place less than one star I would. So after waiting 25 minutes for my very first appointment and going up to the front desk to find out what was going on, I was informed that the person I booked an appointment with was with another person and they had no knowledge of me requesting Jihan at all. Even though I was a referral and had specifically requested Jihan TWICE.
