They were lovely and so fast! I think I caught him just as he was heading out for lunch but he stopped and did my ring engraving right then and there. I was in and out in less than 10 mins for my simple ring engraving.
Engraved a Cross pen for my niece's' graduation present. I am so thrilled -- it looks fantastic. Fast -- I was in and out in 10 minutes -- and reasonable too. Took me a minute to find the shop on the 7th floor of the big jewelry mall on Hill St. But totally worth it. Also easy parking half block away at Pershing square.
I 1000% recommend Henry ! I took him this hearth necklace to remove 2 engraved initials I placed wrong at the time I purchased the necklace online. He was transparent with me from the beginning, letting me know he wasn’t sure if he was gonna be able to remove it and do the engraving. However he did such a great job and exceeded my expectations at such affordable price !
Henry was so kind and quick to help me with engraving a few charms. I showed up and he helped me same day. Thank you Henry!
