The staff is very nice and friendly! It is easy to get an appointment and to reschedule if needed. The Laser Center and Dr. Haseletine are great and easy to ask questions to!
My daughter was referred to Dr. Poole by her pediatrician. After meeting him and seeing how thorough he was in his examination and treatment of her, I made an appt. for myself. I was not disappointed. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) and treated all of my symptoms. His staff was terrific, especially, Heidi and Corrie! Thanks to all! I definitely recommend Poole Dermatology!
Faith has been waiting for this milestone for a very long time:) She finally got her 3 lazer procedures and injections today. I can not wait to see her results!!!! Dr. Poole was highly recommended by my group of doctors here at Southern Orthopedic:)
I have been going here for a few years and I absolutely love it! Dr. Haseltine and her staff are super awesome!
My son is not allowed to see Dr. Poole because he has a private insurance and Medicaid. He can only see the physician's assistant because Dr. Poole no longer accepts Medicaid. When I offered to forego using Medicaid and use only my private insurance, staff informed me he still could not see Dr. Poole and had to see the physician's assistant instead. In my book, this is discriminatory as best and highly unethical.
Wonderful clinic, fabulous Doctors and staff. Highly recommended
