Poole Dermatology is the best hands down in the greater New Orleans area. Alisha and Dr Poole are friendly, very knowledgeable, and formula a plan that actually works. They don’t sell you procedures you think you need. Instead they put you on the best regimen for your condition. Wait times are short. What else can I say but, they’re pretty awesome!
Very nice nurses and Dr Poole is so good with our 4 month old daughter who is currently being treated for an infantile hemangioma. The entire staff has been very helpful and super nice!

My review is to give heads up to other patients to check with the Poole Dermatology about their prices before scheduling their appointments. Apparently they can charge you based on how they feel. My 3 year old son who is suffering from MC had his first treatment 3 weeks ago. I was charged $260 for 45 spots. Today was his follow up appointment, and was charged almost $600 for 20 spots (LESS then HALF of his initial visit). My son had some bumps growing on his birthmark that he needed to get removed . Dr. Alicia and her assistant did an amazing job on walking my son through the process. He was so nervous and had anxiety and they both kept him calm and was so gentle with him !! I am very please with the work they have done and how well they work with children !!! I will definitely be back and will recommend anyone to Poole Dermatology!!!
