From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Lori who administered my IV therapy explained the entire process of what was going to be done, why we were doing it and what results to expect afterwards. Lori and the staff couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and relaxed! Plus the atmosphere was great in itself! After a few hours, I could feel a difference already.
