I go in every day and order a ham egg and cheese on a croissant and everytime it's cold. my cheese isnt melted and the center is cold to the touch. yesterday they apologized, remade it, and said she will tell everyone. so today I ordered and said a hot ham egg and cheese and it was still cold. I'm done with this location. I shouldn't have to go to the same store twice before work. I will be driving way out of the way to the wilma store if I want a breakfast sandwhich from now on.

There was only 1 person working the entire store at lunch time. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich.
Starbucks was packed a few days ago so I figured I’d try something new. BIG mistake! I ordered plain iced coffee with cream/sugar-free vanilla. Literally so bad I had to throw it out! The coffee was warm and my ice completely melted within five minutes. I had a lukewarm coffee with the worst tasting SF syrup I’ve ever had (and this is the same thing I regularly order at Starbucks). Who gives someone hot coffee with ice for an “iced coffee?” If I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve gone back for my money.
