Each time I visit the Riverside location I am charged a different amount for the same exact coffee. I have asked a couple times and each time I’m told the person before probably didn’t ring it up right. The difference has always been .50-.75 so I’ve just accepted that may be the case. Today, however, I was charged nearly $6 for a large Americano! Have prices gone up that much?

I go in every day and order a ham egg and cheese on a croissant and everytime it's cold. my cheese isnt melted and the center is cold to the touch. yesterday they apologized, remade it, and said she will tell everyone. so today I ordered and said a hot ham egg and cheese and it was still cold. I'm done with this location. I shouldn't have to go to the same store twice before work. I will be driving way out of the way to the wilma store if I want a breakfast sandwhich from now on.
